Layers of Identity
As the viewer moves from the front to the back of the artwork, the collaged elements transition from concrete and representative to more abstract and open to interpretation. This progression signifies the multidimensional and ever-evolving nature of identity, encouraging contemplation of the complex interconnections between personal, societal, and interpersonal aspects of one's being.
Looking straight through an art piece about identity

This installation’s content was created based off the participation of 30+ people who filled out a survey on how they view their own identity. Highlighting 4 particular participants, their view on themselves, and the impression they give others.
